This is the Recycle Factory in Balakong
HiWaveTM Oxidizer or also called HIWOX is a patented technology for waste reduction using microwave combustion technology. Comparing to other existing conventional methods, the key advantages of HiWaveTM Oxidizer are: -
- Pollution Free, no dioxin, furan and acidic gaseous
- Disinfected and low organic content ash
- Low operation and maintenance costs
- Low operating temperature
- Small area required due to its compact size
The physical treatment is to treat the non-biodegradable fraction of waste. It can either be an incinerator system, sanitary landfill or recycling plant. In the case of incinerator system, we recommend using our AMMWISTM However, this last treatment is optional because it depends very much on the availability of land.
Rotary Dryer
- Used to reduce waste treatment.
- Cyclone-installed to trap particulates before emission into the atmosphere.
- Wet Scrubber – installed to ensure removal of all acidic gases
- Heat exchanger - incorporated to conserve energy.
